Rather than spending hours scouring the internet for the perfect pieces to transform your space, we asked Nate for a few easy updates sure to turn your bedroom into a feng shui fantasy. Did we mention they’re all available at Target?

“Add depth and softness to the bedroom by bringing in bedding fabrics in a soft, neutral color palette. I love the Dotted Stripe Comforter and Sham Set and Embroidered Duvet and Sham Set that we used in the makeover, both in grey. Swapping out your bedding goes a long way—a new duvet set, shams and a throw instantly create a fresh look.”

“I tend to gravitate towards things that are a touch masculine, so I included the Palermo chair, a leather lumbar pillow and my Equestrian Side Tables. They add to the ‘clean’ feel of the room.”

Finishing Touches

“Hang something dramatic and visually interesting above the bed. It gives the eye a place to land, and feels thoughtful. Also, layer in throw pillows with interesting details that feel well traveled.”
