3 Nutrient-Packed Juice Recipes For Moms On The Go, From Suja's Annie Lawless

Juicing has been an instrumental part of my diet and lifestyle for many years -- and with good reason! Juices are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and phytochemicals that help our bodies feel and perform at their optimal level.

I like to think of drinking a juice as taking a multi-vitamin -- it gives me a boost of concentrated whole food nutrition in a quick and easy-to-consume way. Because juices contain no fiber, the body is able to easily access and assimilate their nutrition. For those days when you need to just grab and go, you'll love the Suja juices from Target's Made to Matter collection.

Spa Kick
Makes 1 serving
Total Time: 10 minutes

Spa Kick Annie Lawless Juice

What You'll Need:
3 medium cucumbers (with skins)
1 cup watercress (loosely packed)
1 inch raw unpeeled gingerroot
2 lemons, peeled
Stevia (optional), to taste

What You'll Do:
Juicing Recipe: Juice all the ingredients and stir in the Stevia, if desired.

Blender Recipe: Replace two of the cucumbers with 6 oz. of Simply Balanced Coconut Water. Squeeze the lemons by hand and peel and grate the ginger before blending until smooth.

Makes 1 serving
Total Time: 10 minutes

Replenish Annie Lawless Juice

What You'll Need:
1/4 whole pineapple, peeled and cored
1 inch unpeeled ginger root
1 lime, peeled
1/2 mango, skin and pit removed
8-10 oz. Simply Balanced Coconut Water
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric

What You'll Do:
Juice the pineapple, ginger and lime, then combine with the mango, coconut water and turmeric. Blend until smooth. 

Life Line
Makes 1 serving
Total Time: 10 minutes

Life Line Annie Lawless Juice

What You'll Need:
2 carrots
1 apple
1/2 medium raw unpeeled beet
1 medium cucumber (with skin)
1/2 tsp. Simply Balanced Organic Ground Turmeric

What You'll Do:
Juice all the ingredients and enjoy.
