It doesn’t matter if you’re a yoga sculpt guru or a newbie—Kristin McGee’s four-minute core routine is a must-try if your goal is to lengthen, tone and tighten your core. Grab your yoga mat and follow along as Kristin leads you through a series of moves and poses that’ll kick your core into gear.
Kristin’s seamless approach combines classic yoga (e.g., boat pose and plank) with vinyasa flow movement and ab-tightening bicycle crunches for a total of eight easy exercises. Follow along in the video below and work up to completing the workout a few times per week. Namaste!
