Graphic designer and letterer Dana Tanamachi’s Brooklyn studio is everything you’d expect: artfully arranged, bursting with color and full of inspiration. Having worked for big names like Nike, TIME and O Magazine, she is a skilled and seasoned artist who tackled her second exclusive line for Target with ease. Making the transition from a debut collection of home goods to a new line of tech accessories, Dana’s added foray into designing with more color proved both successful and stylish!
Dana invited us into her studio to talk chalk (her chalkboard art is a must-see!) and her newest Target collection, which includes iPhone 5/5s cases, available Oct. 19 for $24.99, iPhone 6 cases, available Nov. 9 for $24.99, and laptop sleeves and tablet folios available Jan. 2015. We got our hands on a few of the über-trendy accessories and left with only one question unanswered…how will we choose?
You’ll understand the conundrum when you check out our studio sit-down with Dana below!
