models showcase designs at MN4MN

Target designers take the runway

When people think of top design destinations, cities such as New York or Paris often come to mind. But Target has great design talent at its Minneapolis headquarters. In mid-September, some of those designers showcased their work at MN4MN, a weekend-long fashion extravaganza that took place in the Twin Cities area.

Target had two shows during the event. The first night, models took the runway showcasing men’s and women’s fall looks from Merona, Mossimo Black and Mossimo Supply Co., styled by Target team members. The second night, Target closed the event with original spring 2015 looks by nine team members: Nicola Watson, Lauren Mayhew, Jill Fialko, Natasha Toth, Marissa Bridges, Jennifer Robertus, Lindsey Hopkins, Amanda Natzel and Elizabeth Klebenow.

"Target has one of the largest product design and development teams in the country,” says Lisa Castro, design director, Ready To Wear. “MN4MN is such a great opportunity for our team members to showcase their individual style and talent.”
