To make sure you’re fresh-faced all day, Target Beauty Concierges share easy office makeup solutions and beauty tips to solve everyday workplace problems.
Problem: Impromptu dinner or happy hour (Is this really a problem?) with client.
Solution: My favorite quick fix in the summer is lip-and-cheek combos. I love using the Sonia Kashuk cream blush on my cheeks and lips. Any bright lipstick makes a nice emergency cream blush too! — Kate C
Problem: The air conditioning decided to take a personal day.
Solution: Keep a pack of face blotting tissues in your desk drawer to remove any excess oil for those hot days at the desk. — Shannon J.
Problem: You didn’t have time to wash, rinse or repeat.
Solution: When my hair is a bit oily and I don’t have time to wash, I usually run the blow dryer through it for a quick fluff. Then I then spray Umberto dry shampoo for volume and a fresh scent. — Brittany C.
Problem: You nearly tore your hair out in a stressful meeting, leaving it flat and disheveled.
Solution: Twist your hair into an easy “sock bun.” Spray a little bit of a hairspray to tame any flyaways. — Krystal R.
Problem: A late night or long day caused under eye circles and dark shadows.
Solution: Use black eyeliner on your lids first and trace it over with another eyeliner in a vibrant jewel tone such as sapphire or emerald. By layering eyeliners, this will help counteract the shadows underneath the eyes. — Louise W.
