December 28, 2012
The countdown has begun—it’s almost New Year’s Eve! Before you gussy up for a midnight kiss, celebrate the final moments of 2012 with a crisp cocktail.
Inspired by her Italian roots, Giada De Laurentiis’ Sgroppino is a refreshing take on a typical Venetian after-dinner drink—a smooth blend of Prosecco, lemon sorbet and mint. Of course, she adds a bit of vodka to the recipe for a New Year’s Eve kick.
Cheers to the New Year!
