Target, Taylor Swift and Fans Paint the Town “Red”

It’s no secret: We’ve got a thing for “Red.” Yes, we love the color, but this time we’re talking about the new album by the famously talented (ahem, six-time GRAMMY Award-winning) Taylor Swift.

Monday night, we fêted Taylor and her fans with a listening party at New York’s Skylight West to celebrate the release of the exclusive edition of “Red.” Available only at Target, the deluxe edition of her fourth studio album boasts three bonus tracks and three remixes.

At the party, we had a chance to hear Taylor speak about her inspiration for the album as well as her distinctive approach to the song-writing process.

“The thing about writing a song is it is like putting a message in a bottle, you write it and send it into the world for everyone to hear.”
