Target has unveiled multiple plans that deliver added convenience and savings for 2012's  top toys. From QR codes to an interactive toy catalog with an enhanced digital wish list to prime shelf placement, this season’s most popular toys will be accessible no matter how or where our guests choose to shop starting Oct. 14.

prime real estate
Target’s top 20 toys—picked by Target toy experts and top toy manufactures, such as Hasbro®, LEGO®, and Mattel® —will be featured on the main Toy aisles making finding gifts easier for time-strapped holiday shoppers.

from the phone to the home
Speaking of easy, each top toy will have a QR code that can be scanned to purchase the toy directly using a mobile device and ship it for free to anyone, anywhere in the U.S. “Our in-store QR codes for this year’s top toys will add real convenience for busy moms,” says Stephanie Lucy, vice president of toys, Target. “Rather than hoping the kids won’t notice when a gift is slipped into the cart, guests can scan the QR codes to buy top toys and have them shipped anywhere for free.”

wish I may, wish I might
A new Target.com tool allows guests to create and share wish lists. First, they browse the digital toy catalog and organize their must-haves into a Target Digital Wish List … then poof! The list instantly becomes shareable with anyone via email.

something for everyone
Guests can visit a new dedicated toys webpage, Target.com/TopToys where they can easily find and shop 10,000 items—with more than 300 exclusives from Barbie®, Fisher Price® and Target owned brands, such as Circo® and PlayWonder®. Once there, guests can browse multiple options based on age, gender, brand or character.

super savings
Our annual toy catalog will arrive in homes early November, featuring more than 200 specially priced toys and coupons. Bonus for Target REDcard® shoppers—they can save an additional 5 percent off the toy prices featured in the catalog, at stores and Target.com.
