Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Target's Take on Sustainability

Did you read the newspaper this morning? Have you sipped your morning coffee?

We use paper, aluminum, glass and plastic products like these every day and have the opportunity to live sustainably by simply recycling them. Reducing our carbon footprint is a big priority at Target. We are committed to reducing waste by diverting as much as possible from landfills and encourage Target guests to do the same by using our in-store recycling stations.

Our recycling efforts began back in the 1960s, when we started recycling cardboard from Target stores, and we haven’t stopped since!
