JOSH KILMER-PURCELL: Hi, I'm Josh. 

BRENT RIDGE: And I'm Brent. 

JOSH: You might know us as the Beekman Boys from Beekman 1802 Farm in Upstate New York. 

BRENT: You know, Thanksgiving really is all about food traditions, and everyone's gonna have their favorite dish, whether it's a cherry pie or a sweet potato casserole or some roasted vegetables, but that doesn't mean you can't give them just a little bit of a twist.

BRENT: And I'll tell you, everyone's gonna appreciate it. 

Brent gestures as he stands beside Josh and speaks in the kitchen. He holds up a glass bowl of sliced carrots and parsnips. Herb & Lemongrass Veggie Seasoning 

BRENT: So not only do we want to give you a modern twist on some Thanksgiving classics; we want to make them as easy as possible so you don't have to spend all day in the kitchen. You can spend that time with your family. All you need to do is toss your root vegetables in olive oil and then add our handy seasoning mix, and, voilĂ , Thanksgiving dinner with a twist. 

Josh nods as Brent speaks. 

BRENT: Josh and I come from two very different Thanksgiving traditions. Josh's mom liked to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so she could avoid the rest of the family... 

JOSH: To make the perfect meal. 

BRENT: Whereas my mom liked to make the meal as quickly as possible so that she could spend more time with the family. So we've got a very simple solution for you this year. 

A transparent gray box with white text and a white Target Bullseye logo slides on-screen. Brent lifts a premade pie crust off the counter and sets it back down. Then Josh pours cherry pie filling from a jar into the crust. 

ON SCREEN TEXT: Tart Cherry Pie 

Backyard Cherry Tree Pie Filling 

BRENT: Just pick up a premade pie crust... 

JOSH: And then our jar of Backyard Cherry Tree Pie Filling with a little bit of almond. All you need to do is pour it into the crust. 

BRENT: Look at those delicious chunks of cherries all from a small farm in Oregon. 

JOSH: And then all you need to do is put a top crust on or a streusel or a crumble. 

BRENT: I vote for crumble. 

The baked cherry pie sits on a counter, its golden crust gleaming. A small wooden sign sticks out of it that reads, "Beekman 1802 Farm Pantry." 

JOSH: Crumble, bake it, and you're done. 

Brent nods as Josh speaks. 

JOSH: So a lot of people get tired of the same old sweet potato and yam marshmallow casserole, so we've got a little twist for you on this. 

BRENT: We're gonna kick it up a notch.

ON SCREEN TEXT: Sweet Potato Wedges 

Chipotle Parmesan Veggie Seasoning & 

Blueberry Maple Balsamic Dressing 

JOSH: All you need to do is cut up your fresh sweet potatoes or yams, and you're gonna roast them as you normally would but tossed in our Chipotle Parmesan Veggie Seasoning. And then--this is where it gets really good--then you're going to drizzle them with the Blueberry Thrill Maple Balsamic Dressing. 

The roasted wedges drizzled with dressing lie on a long, white plate on a counter. People gather and converse around the counter. 

JOSH: And part of the reason it's amazing is because the maple syrup is partially sourced from a small farm in Vermont. 

Josh gestures as he speaks. 

JOSH: Well, we think the best twist about our products is that they're partially sourced by small farms across America. Not only are you putting a great meal on the table, but you're helping small farms. 

The group of people converse excitedly around the long, wooden table. 

BRENT: So it's farm to table and back to farm again. 

Josh smiles as Brent speaks. Then the both point downward.
